At the same time, we will translate the data-driven insights into fresh perspectives and actionable recommendations. We cover different stages of businesses including but not limited to sales & marketing, process improvement, and A/B testing.

Each academic semester, we work with companies and organizations in Boston and globally to provide 10 to 12-week consulting projects. We connect each client with six Harvard students to deliver our key area of work in data analytics. Our consulting team commits over 400 hours to a case. HDAG’s clients gain access not only to a team of highly qualified consultants, but also resources from the larger Harvard community to tackle novel issues. To that end, HDAG employs strategies of effective pivoting in order to meet clients’ evolving needs. Fresh perspectives from our bright consultants will help take clients’ projects to the next level.
